Gen is a Senior Strategy and Programme Manager at the Health Foundation.
She leads the delivery of the Health Foundation's strategic priority to provide evidence and analysis to inform health and care policy. She also leads and contributes to a range of policy projects, including our public perceptions programme and our environmental sustainability portfolio.
Gen joined the Foundation in 2019, having previously worked at the Care Quality Commission and in research consultancy.
